Conduct Full Credit checks, Reference checks (including income verification and previous landlord references) and identification checks on tenants. Obtain a guarantor where necessary. All done through an independent credit agency.
Organize an inventory and Schedule of Condition of the property and its contents to be drawn up
Arrange an energy performance Certificate to be completed
Draft a legally binding Tenancy Agreement for all parties to complete
Collect and Place the deposit in a secure client account
Negotiate tenancy renewals
